I was born and raised in Southwest London, UK. My working life has taken me through diverse roles in office administration, hospitality, event management, and now as a founder of FLO First.

Growing up in a family with limited resources, I learnt the value of hard work early on, starting my career at a young age and steadily moving up through each role.

My path, however, was never linear. I spent years feeling that something was missing. I craved a life that felt more aligned, more purposeful, and free from the daily commute and grind that left little room for what mattered to me.

I faced a turning point during the pandemic that gave me clarity about what I truly wanted: a life outside the ‘concrete jungle,’ filled with meaning, wellness, and time for all the things I care about.

This new vision led me to the online business world, where I discovered a community that aligned perfectly with my values of growth, wellness, and making a genuine impact. 

For the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to this business, witnessing not only my transformation but the incredible growth of those around me. 

The journey has granted me the flexibility to explore, connect, and build a life that truly resonates with my heart.
