The Story So Far

I’m Megan, born and raised in South London, now living by the sea running a digital business that gives me time, choice, and purpose.

For years I was doing what I was “supposed to do”, chasing promotions, saying yes to everyone, running on caffeine and anxiety, and ignoring the quiet voice that said there had to be more. I went from commuting into a busy central London office as an admin professional, to working remotely as a virtual assistant - and now, co-founder of FLO First, building a life and business that put my passion for women’s wellness and lifestyle flexibility first.

Everything shifted after one powerful conversation that opened my eyes to a better way. That conversation led me to a digital business to take back my time, my health, and my choices. That little seed grew into FLO First, a movement designed to help you build a life that truly feels like yours.
